This recording guides you through a simple practice of arriving – putting down the phone, the scroll, the mental to-do list – and being present with your food. No. There are no meal plans, calorie counts, food rules, or restrictions. This is a mindfulness program. The recordings teach you to pay attention to your mind and body so you can make eating choices from awareness instead of autopilot. What you eat is entirely up to you.
Many people do lose weight as a natural side effect of eating more mindfully – they eat slower, notice fullness sooner, and stop eating for emotional reasons as often. But weight loss isn't the goal. The goal is a healthier, calmer relationship with food. If weight changes happen, they tend to be sustainable because they come from changed habits, not forced restriction.
Each recording is 11-16 minutes. The real practice happens at meals, which you're already eating. You're not adding time to your day – you're changing how you spend time you're already spending.
