Guided abundance meditation
This guided abundance meditation does not ask you to picture money arriving. It asks you to feel what is already here. Warmth begins in the center of the chest and spreads to the hands and feet. Then one real thing you already have comes to mind, a relationship, a place you feel safe, something you built, and you notice what that does in the body. A fullness that has nothing to do with acquiring anything new. Ten minutes.
A different starting point
Most abundance meditations work on the future: visualise the thing, feel it as if it has arrived. That can be useful. It can also leave you with a sharper sense of the gap between now and then.
This practice starts from the other end. Everything you need for this moment is already here. The warmth in the chest is yours; it has always been here, and you are only turning your attention toward it. From that ground, wanting more stops feeling like lack and starts feeling like reaching from a full place.
What happens in the practice
- Arrive. Sitting or lying down. Feel the surface beneath you, the weight of your body resting, held. A full breath in through the nose, out slowly through the mouth.
- Warmth in the chest. Imagine it beginning around the heart, soft and steady, like sunlight settling into skin on a quiet afternoon. Let it spread with each breath: shoulders, arms, hands, legs, the soles of the feet.
- One thing you already have. Something real and present in your life right now. Whatever comes first, let it arrive, and notice what happens in the body as you hold it.
- The sense of enough. A softening in the chest, a steadiness in the breath, a fullness that needs nothing added. Stay there a while. The music holds it.
The practice
Guided practice · 9:50
The Abundance Practice Ten minutes to feel abundance as something already present in your body: a warmth in the chest, one thing you already have, and the quiet sense of enough. Press playMorning or evening both work. The low drone and harmonics underneath are made to be felt in the body, so headphones or a decent speaker help. If you want a steadier, more muscular version of the same ground, The Empowerment Practice takes the warmth in the chest and turns it into heat.
Questions people ask
What is an abundance meditation?
A guided practice for feeling abundance as a present-tense state rather than a future goal. This one works through the body: warmth in the chest, one thing you already have, and the physical sense of enough.
Do abundance meditations work?
They reliably change how you feel in the ten minutes you are listening, and that state tends to colour the hours after. Nobody can honestly promise more than that. The practice on this page makes no claims about what will arrive; it is about what is here.
How often should I do an abundance meditation?
Once a day for a week is a fair trial. The practice is ten minutes and the same each time, so the body learns the warmth faster with repetition.
