If you don’t have stress in your life, you’re probably not alive are you? It’s what about the stress we focus on that challenges us. We stress about everything and really stress just wants to be our friend. If we can transform in to “Urgent Focus” and reserve it for only the things at the top of our list that we can’t shake until we actually take an initiative and release the fear/pain attached. Put stress in the corner and make a move.
