You can really Inspire Your Gray Matter and activate the sponge that is within your clear mind if you remember to relax while you’re learning. Feeling stress and anxiety while your studying, simply take away your focus. Focus on being present with the information and file it where it needs to go.
Make learning an effortless priority because its just so darn fun. Make it entertaining in the most imaginative ways and impress yourself and others with how much you actually know how to know.

If you have a behavior that is limiting your life, do something about it! Fears and Phobias are memories and behavior that are centered in the past. Shift your focus to how you want to feel now and stop talking the old familiar approach.
